How can we help?

Going to court can be a daunting experience.

Have you been arrested and charged with a serious criminal offence like physical or sexual assault, drink driving or fraud?

Do you want to challenge a traffic penalty or defend an Apprehended Violence Order you believe is wrong or unfair?

You may have been found guilty after a court hearing or you want to plead guilty to an offence but provide an explanation to the court. The sentence you receive very much depends on the success of the negotiations with the police and the evidence that goes before a court.

If your case is very serious you might end up in the District Court. It is imperative you have a competent and knowledgable lawyer looking after you, dealing with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, the police, and, if your case goes to trial, a jury.

Whatever the charge, a court hearing means you need to be properly and effectively represented by an experienced criminal lawyer. The process is not for the feint hearted.

Mr Bianchino is an experienced criminal lawyer who will navigate the process for you effectively and competently, who will work collaboratively with you, keeping you fully informed from the start of your case to the end.

Mr Bianchino has over 20 years of criminal law experience and bills at a reasonable rate due to him being a sole practitioner without the costs of running a large office.
